In L.A., some shopping districts are world renown--Rodeo Drive and the Golden Triangle in Beverly Hills, Melrose with its hip boutiques and trendsetting cafes, and Third Street Promenade by the beach. However, there’s a lesser-known gem known as Larchmont Village that has really been setting the bar high for innovative and exciting tenants.
This shopping area in Hancock Park truly has some one-of-a-kind delights, especially if you have a sweet tooth. Salt & Straw is a perennial favorite, but since Levain Bakery opened at the end of June, we clearly see a huge spike in demand for those ginormous cookies. Go Get Em Tiger has all sorts of single-origin coffee, avocado toast, and house made baked goods. There is also plenty of shopping to be had, such as Buck Mason for the gentlemen and Bluemercury for the ladies. Larchmont Mercantile is a new development comprised of 4 unique architectural facades designed by Gensler, and includes Skin Laundry, Flannel, and Holey Grail Donuts, among others.
