Our data confirms that the Miami Design District has been a hot spot, with visitors up +40% since 2019 (and visitors staying over 150 minutes per visit up 30% over the same period).

Moreover, using data from Spatial.ai FollowGraph, we see that visitors to the district far outperform Florida with respect to social media interest in luxury brands, and that has been consistent.
